PGF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGF mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,517 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBA3D, CFHR4, and TARS2. Each is linked with PGF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGF-to-partner and partner-to-PGF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBA3D grouped by PGF-low versus PGF-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
