mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,661 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL504P, RNU6-517P, and RNU6-1198P. Each is linked with PGC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGC-to-partner and partner-to-PGC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL504P grouped by PGC-low versus PGC-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
