Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PGBD4P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PGBD4P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PGBD4P4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PGBD4P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, STAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where PGBD4P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
