PGBD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGBD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,479 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGBD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair via classical nonhomologous end joining, Protein desumoylation, and Obsolete mRNA polyadenylation. Each is linked with PGBD3 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGBD3-to-partner and partner-to-PGBD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Double-strand break repair via classical nonhomologous end joining grouped by PGBD3-low versus PGBD3-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGBD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGBD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
