PGBD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGBD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,398 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGBD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, RNPEP, and BROX. Each is linked with PGBD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGBD2-to-partner and partner-to-PGBD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGBD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGBD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
