PGBD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGBD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,270 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGBD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSCAN26, ZKSCAN8, and CCP110. Each is linked with PGBD1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGBD1-to-partner and partner-to-PGBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGBD1 versus ZSCAN26 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
