PGBD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGBD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,493 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGBD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRBP1_S53, TTC25, and CASKIN1_S694. Each is linked with PGBD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGBD1-to-partner and partner-to-PGBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGBD1 versus NRBP1_S53 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
