PGBD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGBD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,130 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGBD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AOC2, SKA1, and C19orf48. Each is linked with PGBD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGBD1-to-partner and partner-to-PGBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AOC2 grouped by PGBD1-low versus PGBD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
