The most reproducible PGBD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of organelle assembly, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, and Positive regulation of cell cycle. Each is linked with PGBD1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGBD1-to-partner and partner-to-PGBD1 results are reported.
