PGBD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGBD1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,814 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGBD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC6A1, INO80D, and TRERF1. Each is linked with PGBD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGBD1-to-partner and partner-to-PGBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A1 grouped by PGBD1-low versus PGBD1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
