PGAP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,248 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRMP1, SH3BGRL2, and CASP4. Each is linked with PGAP4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP4-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGAP4 versus CRMP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
