PGAP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,849 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are APCDD1L-DT, NBPF14, and COX6A1. Each is linked with PGAP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP4-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGAP4 versus APCDD1L-DT in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
