Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,696 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AB3, CDKN2AIPNL, and EME1. Each is linked with PGAP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP4-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AB3 grouped by PGAP4-low versus PGAP4-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
