PGAP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGAP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,032 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOCK11, MRAP2, and HOXA7. Each is linked with PGAP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP4-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGAP4 versus DOCK11 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
