Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PGAP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PGAP2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PGAP2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PGAP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
COAD, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where PGAP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
