Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,465 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP35, SIPA1L2, and ACVR2A. Each is linked with PGAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP1 results are reported.
