Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,217 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA destabilization, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with PGAP1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP1 results are reported.
