Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAM5P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,053 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAM5P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cytoplasmic stress granule, Positive regulation of intracellular transport, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with PGAM5P1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM5P1-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM5P1 results are reported.
