PGAM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,843 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DEK, KAT7_S57, and PPP1R18_S368. Each is linked with PGAM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM4-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
