Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 352 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGAM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP7B, DLG4, and TMEM25. Each is linked with PGAM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM4-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
