Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAM4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ERK2, and JNK2. Each is linked with PGAM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM4-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM4 results are reported.
