PGAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 267 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4477A, BANF1P5, and TAF11L14. Each is linked with PGAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM2-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4477A grouped by PGAM2-low versus PGAM2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
