PGAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM2, KRTAP19-4, and GFRA4. Each is linked with PGAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM2-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM2 grouped by PGAM2-low versus PGAM2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
