Q-omics provides the consensus-scored PGAM1P6 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. PGAM1P6 expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, PGAM1P6 is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, PGAM1P6 RNA expression shows 8,996 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight CESC, HNSC, and LAML as cancer lineages where PGAM1P6 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
