Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PGAM1P13 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PGAM1P13 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher PGAM1P13 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PGAM1P13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

KICH, COAD, and LGG are the cancer types where PGAM1P13 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
