PGAM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,072 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGAM1_S31, HK2, and JPT1. Each is linked with PGAM1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM1-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGAM1 versus PGAM1_S31 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
