Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,668 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFATC2, SIK2, and BNIP3. Each is linked with PGAM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM1-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGAM1 versus NFATC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
