PGAM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 132 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6853, SEC24D, and CXCR5. Each is linked with PGAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM1-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6853 grouped by PGAM1-low versus PGAM1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
