PGAM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA3, GSK-3_pS9, and GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9. Each is linked with PGAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM1-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GATA3 grouped by PGAM1-low versus PGAM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
