Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,812 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle elongation, Mitotic nuclear division, and Mitotic spindle midzone assembly. Each is linked with PGAM1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM1-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM1 results are reported.
