Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PGA3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PGA3 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PGA3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PGA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and LUSC are the cancer types where PGA3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
