The most reproducible PGA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytoskeleton organization, Developmental cell growth, and Astrocyte differentiation. Each is linked with PGA3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGA3-to-partner and partner-to-PGA3 results are reported.
