PGA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4K15, RNY1P8, and MIR1262. Each is linked with PGA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGA3-to-partner and partner-to-PGA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4K15 grouped by PGA3-low versus PGA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
