Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PFN4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PFN4 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PFN4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PFN4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where PFN4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
