PFN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,032 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAXE, YWHAQ, and ABI2_S227. Each is linked with PFN4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFN4-to-partner and partner-to-PFN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFN4 versus NAXE in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
