Across TCGA cell cohorts, PFN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,683 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFN4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Zinc ion import into lysosome, Action potential, and Nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with PFN4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFN4-to-partner and partner-to-PFN4 results are reported.
