PFN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,352 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ALDH6A1, PDK2, and PEBP1. Each is linked with PFN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFN1-to-partner and partner-to-PFN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFN1 versus ALDH6A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
