PFN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSAT1P4, MIR6075, and RN7SKP230. Each is linked with PFN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFN1-to-partner and partner-to-PFN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSAT1P4 grouped by PFN1-low versus PFN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
