Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFN1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PFN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mesangial cells, Erythrocytes, and pDC. Each is linked with PFN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFN1-to-partner and partner-to-PFN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mesangial cells grouped by PFN1-low versus PFN1-high in UCEC.
