PFKP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFKP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,829 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFKP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PFKP_S386, ERO1A, and TPI1_S80. Each is linked with PFKP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFKP-to-partner and partner-to-PFKP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFKP versus PFKP_S386 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFKP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFKP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
