PFKP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFKP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,231 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFKP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL499P, RNU6-249P, and FCGR1CP. Each is linked with PFKP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFKP-to-partner and partner-to-PFKP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL499P grouped by PFKP-low versus PFKP-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFKP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFKP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
