PFKP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PFKP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 411 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFKP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5A, CCNA2, and TYSND1. Each is linked with PFKP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFKP-to-partner and partner-to-PFKP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF5A grouped by PFKP-low versus PFKP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFKP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFKP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
