Across TCGA cell cohorts, PFKFB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,874 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFKFB3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycolytic process, Purine nucleoside diphosphate catabolic process, and Purine ribonucleoside diphosphate catabolic process. Each is linked with PFKFB3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFKFB3-to-partner and partner-to-PFKFB3 results are reported.
