Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PFDN6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PFDN6 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PFDN6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PFDN6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where PFDN6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
