The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher PFDN4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PFDN4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where PFDN4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
