PFDN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFDN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,382 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFDN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, CSE1L, and LSM14B. Each is linked with PFDN4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFDN4-to-partner and partner-to-PFDN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFDN4 versus ADNP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFDN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFDN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
