PFDN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PFDN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,440 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFDN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPM1, PRELID3B, and RPS21. Each is linked with PFDN4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFDN4-to-partner and partner-to-PFDN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFDN4 versus DPM1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFDN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFDN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
