Across TCGA cell cohorts, PFDN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,729 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFDN4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA wobble base 5-methoxycarbonylmethyl-2-thiouridinylation, Positive regulation of ligase activity, and Pre-mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with PFDN4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFDN4-to-partner and partner-to-PFDN4 results are reported.
