PFDN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFDN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,185 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFDN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL24, PSMB4, and SNRPE. Each is linked with PFDN2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFDN2-to-partner and partner-to-PFDN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFDN2 versus MRPL24 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFDN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFDN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
