PFDN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFDN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,735 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFDN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CACYBP, ADSS2, and TIPRL. Each is linked with PFDN2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFDN2-to-partner and partner-to-PFDN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFDN2 versus CACYBP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFDN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFDN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
